Wellness Coach

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Wellness Coach to provide remote coaching services. This role focuses on empowering individuals to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes related to health, nutrition, stress management, and overall well-being. You will work one-on-one with clients, utilizing active listening, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based coaching techniques. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic health, possesses strong empathy, and excels at guiding clients through personal transformation.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact from your base near Randburg .

• Conduct intake sessions to understand clients' health goals, challenges, and motivations.
• Develop personalized wellness plans focusing on areas such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress reduction.
• Provide ongoing support, accountability, and guidance through virtual coaching sessions.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and positive psychology techniques to foster client engagement and self-efficacy.
• Educate clients on healthy habits and resources to support their journey.
• Track client progress and celebrate achievements to maintain momentum.

• Certification from an accredited Wellness Coaching program.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching or counseling individuals towards health goals.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress management, and behavioral change principles.
• Excellent active listening, communication, and empathy skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms and coaching software.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote client caseload effectively.
