• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
• Document all patient interactions, case notes, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record system.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
• Previous experience in patient advocacy , healthcare navigation, social work, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, insurance processes, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms , patient management software, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently, manage a remote caseload effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality.
