Clinical Research Coordinator; CRC)

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support their research initiatives remotely, serving the Upington area. This vital role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, and supporting patient safety. You will play a key part in collecting and managing trial data, interacting with participants, and coordinating with investigators and study teams.

• Assist with patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment in clinical trials.
• Perform study-related procedures as directed by the investigator, including vital signs and specimen collection.
• Accurately maintain clinical trial documentation, including source documents and case report forms (CRFs).
• Monitor patient adherence to study protocols and report any deviations or adverse events.
• Coordinate study visits and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, investigators, and sponsors, facilitating clear communication.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical research setting as a CRC or research assistant.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for remote patient and team interaction.
• Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and standard office software.
