Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient intake and coordination for cannabis treatments

• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments effectively

• Engage proactively with patients for care continuity

• Address patient inquiries while gathering comprehensive histories

• Provide education on medical cannabis usage and ordering

Requirements:

• Preferred 3+ years in customer service or healthcare

• Bilingual in English and French is preferred

• Experience with EMR systems is an asset

• Strong communication and empathy skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
