Reporting to the Manager of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for client assessments, treatment plans, and monitoring progress in a client-friendly environment. You will work alongside a dedicated team to improve clients' health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed client assessments for personalized care

• Create and adjust treatment programs based on progress

• Ensure thorough documentation of clinical records

• Educate clients on physiotherapy techniques and goals

• Collaborate with team members to enhance care quality

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or recognized equivalent in Physiotherapy

• Valid registration with the provincial College

• Background in home-based physiotherapy services

• Active participation in ongoing education

• Uphold confidentiality and safety standards
