Job Description:

Handle incoming calls from members, providers, and others, providing professional phone assistance following prior authorization criteria. Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials. Transfer clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. Utilize multiple systems simultaneously while handling high-volume calls. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and remote work environment standards. Create accurate intake call notes and document data thoroughly.

• Shift/hours:
  Assigned 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CT, Monday-Friday
• Remote/on‑site:
  Fully remote with HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Training hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CT, Monday-Friday, for 6 weeks
• Overtime:
  Mandatory
• Environment:
  High-volume healthcare call center

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
• National pharmacy technician certification or Trainee license (preferred)
• Active pharmacy technician license or certification (if available), with credential screenshot
• Advanced proficiency with MS Outlook and MS Teams
• Strong data entry and documentation skills
