This full-time position supports patients enrolled in the Patient Support Program. You will liaise with physicians and clinics to facilitate drug coverage and oversee patient interactions. Strong communication skills and bilingualism in English and French are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for Patient Support Program inquiries

• Oversee timely patient enrollments in the program

• Provide telephone support for adherence and maintenance

• Collaborate on documentation for optimal reimbursement

• Review patient charts to assist prescribing physicians

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with healthcare experience

• Bilingualism (English and French) mandatory

• Knowledge of reimbursement billing and special access

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities
