Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a Canadian expert for 360 Encompass product implementations
• Assist with coding, CDI, and operational improvement workflows
• Facilitate customer training and prepare for go-live success
• Monitor metrics for customer adoption and success
• Provide insights and best practices to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with five years of relevant experience
• CHIMA certification or equivalent HIM credentials
• At least three years of customer-facing advisory experience
• Experience with healthcare software systems
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
