The Oregon Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Medical Records Representative for GI in Oregon City. The position offers a Hybrid/Remote work setup after training, with hours Mon–Fri, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, at the Oregon City Gastroenterology South Clinic.
Responsibilities include preparing charts, retrieving records, summarizing patient information, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Prior EMR experience (Epic preferred) and at least 1 year in a medical office are desired, with competitive benefits and pay.
