Gurwin Certified Home Care Agency is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to cover Suffolk and Nassau Counties. The OT will provide home-based services, travel to patients’ homes, and document plans and progress in coordination with the Gurwin Healthcare System.
The ideal candidate holds a current New York State OT license, has at least 1 year of OT experience (home health preferred), and is comfortable using a laptop/tablet for documentation and care planning.
