Equip is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a multidisciplinary care team. You will provide validated therapies (FBT, CBT‑E) to patients across the lifespan via telehealth, maintain a 30–40 patient caseload, and document thoroughly using Equip’s EMR.
You will work 8am–8pm in your time zone with 3–5 weeks of Flex PTO, company holidays, EAP access, and a comprehensive benefits package.
