Vision Works is seeking a Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to prepare patients for onsite or remote examinations, perform pre-exam testing, and explain each step of the process. You will act as a liaison between patients and Optometrists and assist in the initial steps of the patient journey.
Under this role you will help with registration, documentation in EMR, insurance preauthorization, scheduling, and maintaining patient records while supporting both in-store and remote exam
