Alternate Solutions Health Network in Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive home-based therapy services. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families while delivering compassionate care in patients’ homes.
Schedule:
Sat/Tues/Thurs, 8:30am-5pm; 8 PIQs daily; on-call weekends per rotation and one holiday per year. Base salary with uncapped bonus, mileage reimbursement, and a competitive benefits package.
