Spectrum Health Care is hiring Personal Support Workers for Live-In positions. The role requires certified professionals passionate about delivering quality care to clients, ensuring they can remain safely at home during recovery or aging. You will directly support patients and their families through daily living activities and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and support to clients daily
• Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities
• Maintain communication with patients and their families
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Uphold health and safety standards while providing care
Requirements:
• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate or related qualification
• Physical ability to perform job-related tasks
• Exceptional personal care and customer service skills
• CPR and First Aid Certification required
• Updated immunization and TB test
