We respond and adapt to the emerging trends and needs within social care, using data and evidence to drive forward widescale change. We provide best practice, tools, resources, and intelligence to support workforce recruitment, capabilities, and culture. We are looking for someone to join us to not only support the further expansion of our new learning platform, The Training Hub, but also to deliver facilitated workshops. This is a fixed term contract to the end of March 2027 and is a remote-first role. We are ideally looking for someone with a strong L&D background, with a training qualification and experience of designing and delivering learning, ideally in adult social care, or a significant understanding of the needs of the sector.
