Why ABA SHINEWe’re a small, BCBA woman-owned Bay Area agency building supportive, sane workloads for clinicians. Our programs with ABA intervention programs or the Behavior Respite program are staffed by trained RBTs/BTs and supervised by BCBAs and mid-level. For the program we focus on supporting safety, stability, and family quality of life— with lighter documentation than insurance-funded ABA and predictable, family-friendly schedules.
What BCBAs love here- Manageable caseloads (primarily respite cases; or parent training sessions-limited treatment hours)
- Hybrid flexibility (remote report writing/admin; field for trainings/overlaps)
- Paid drive time + mileage and paid documentation
- CEU stipend ($500 (PT)–$1,000 (FT)) + paid BACB fees
- Clinical autonomy & strong ops support (scheduling, authorizations, payroll handled centrally)
- Growth paths:
