Founding Executive Clinical Director (BCBA) | House of Hearts Michigan
Detroit Metro / Ann Arbor area | Hybrid | $95,000 to $110,000 + Profit Sharing

House of Hearts ABA is opening in Michigan, and we are looking for the clinician who will lead it. This is not a role where you inherit someone else's systems and someone else's culture. You will be the founding BCBA for House of Hearts Michigan, the person who shapes how we serve families here, who we hire, and what kind of care we become known for across the Detroit area.
Therole
As our Founding Executive Clinical Director, you will build the Michigan region from the ground up. You will grow our client base, recruit and develop a clinical team of BCBAs and RBTs, and make sure every family we serve receives excellent, compassionate care. You will have real ownership, real support from our leadership team, and a real stake in the results.
Whatyou will do
Build relationships with referral sources across Detroit Metro, Ann Arbor, and surrounding communities, including pediatricians, schools, and community organizations
Lead intake and guide new families through getting started with services
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
Oversee staffing and scheduling so every client is matched with the right clinician
Deliver in person clinical trainings and hands on clinical support when needed
Set the standard for clinical quality, supervision, and team culture in Michigan
Partner with company leadership on growth strategy for the region
A BCBA with an active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, or eligible to obtain one
Living in Michigan, ideally in the Detroit Metro or Ann Arbor area
Experienced in leadership, whether you have held a title like Clinical Director, Regional Director, or Lead BCBA, or you are a BCBA who has taken on leadership responsibilities without the title
Hands on experience with intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting
Experienced with in home and school based services
Passionate about the families you serve and the clinicians you lead
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and excited to build rather than maintain
Someone who leads with heart and holds a high bar for clinical care
Salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year
Profit sharing based on performance, so as Michigan grows, you grow with it
Flexible start: begin part time hourly and transition to full time salary, or start full time salary right away
