Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee our trusted partner's in-home ABA services in Columbus, GA.

• Salary:
  Total annual compensation can range from $102,600-$117,600, bonuses included
• Annual Base Salary: $90,000-$105,000 per year
• Bonus Potential:
  Up to $12,600 per year in billable-based bonus potential
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Setting:
  In-home based services
• Caseload Size:
  Average of 5 clients (20% supervision encouraged for each client)
• Billable Requirement: 14 hours/week
• Location:
  
  Columbus, GA

• Conduct and interpret skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
• Create individualized, evidence‑based goals and behavior plans that work in real life—home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and advocate for RBTs.
• Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to caregivers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other service providers across various therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for clients.
• Assist with additional tasks that help the team thrive.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
• BCBA License
• Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
• Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
