Talent Burst is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an in-home outpatient rehab role in Silver City, NM. The position is a 13-week contract with 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, starting 10/26/2026, with a 35-week guaranteed minimum and on-site work.
The PT will assess, plan, and implement individualized home-based therapy programs for older adults, coordinate with caregivers, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care in the patient’s home or in an independent living facility setting.
