Learning & Development Trainer
Home‑based (North of England travel) | Full‑time | Circa 30K per annum (DOE) + £3600 Car Allowance. Salary can be negotiated dependent on experience.
We are looking for a Learning & Development trainer to join our fantastic team of over 40 trainers.
Monday – Friday with occasional overnight stays – Main locations – West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and occasional North East of England.

We’re now looking for a passionate and engaging Learning and Development Trainer to join our in house Learning & Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a healthcare professional who loves teaching, inspiring others and making a real world difference every single day. You’ll be joining a growing team of over 40 trainers who deliver a wide variety of specialist learning interventions.
The RoleAs a Learning & Development Trainer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our teams have the confidence, competence and skills to respond effectively and provide the highest possible standard of care.
You’ll deliver a wide range of high‑impact training across an array of specialist services in the north of England,
Courses you’ll deliver include:- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Intermediate Life Support (ILS)
- Resuscitation Simulation Training
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- Ligature Risk Reduction
- Safer People Handling – Core Skills
- Stop the Bleed

This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week). While the position is home‑based, travel to services across identified regions is required as part of the role.
What You’ll BringYou’ll be someone who is confident, engaging and passionate about delivering life‑saving education.
Desirable- Registered Healthcare Professional (NMC or HCPC) or Level 4 (or above) First Response Emergency Care (FREC
4) - Level 3 Award (or above) in Education and Training
- Experience working within a health or social care setting
- Proven experience delivering training or teaching
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for resuscitation and developing others
