! This organization values its employees and clients alike. As a Remote Benefits Verification Specialist
, you will serve as the main contact for providers, physicians, and patients. Equipment will be provided, and the pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage provider accounts
- Maintain ongoing, professional contact with active providers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Health Services, Finance, Claims, and Coding to develop solutions for business needs
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Business acumen and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
