Care Linx by Sharecare is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Care Advisor to support our Veteran programs. You will work directly with Veterans and their families to coordinate non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care services that allow Veterans to remain safely and comfortably in their homes.
As a Care Advisor supporting Veterans Affairs programs, you will serve as a trusted liaison between Veterans, their caregivers, and VA clinical and administrative partners.
