REMOTE - Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC)
Multiple Specialty Clinical Teams | Advanced Practice Environment REMOTE | Full-Time | Exempt Pay Range: $6800-$86,000. Some departments are also eligible for quarterly incentive bonuses

In addition to base compensation, eligible providers have the opportunity to earn quarterly incentive pay when they exceed established service goals. Most counselors earn an average of over $1,000 per quarter. Please ask us for more details on this program.

FLSA Status: EXEMPT – This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Practice at the Top of Your License Diversus Health is hiring licensed clinicians to join one of our specialty behavioral health teams, each offering a distinct clinical focus, patient population, and level of acuity.

Core Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and clinical formulation

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to setting and population

Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as needed

Maintain timely, compliant, and clinically sound documentation

Collaborate within a team-based care model to support client outcomes

Qualifications

Active Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in good standing

Experience in therapy, assessment, and/or crisis intervention

Strong clinical judgment and comfort working with varied acuity levels

Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based care
