Location: Indianapolis
- Review inpatient pediatric medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes for a range of cases including surgical, cardiac, trauma, and maternal/newborn.
- Maintain a minimum coding accuracy of 95% while meeting productivity expectations of approximately two inpatient charts per hour.
- Collaborate with coding, clinical documentation, billing, IT, and facility teams to uphold compliance, reimbursement integrity, and timely chart processing.
