Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

At Cedar Grove ABA CO LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with ASD. Our team is dedicated to helping our clients reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives. As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
, you will play a crucial role in our mission by designing and implementing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing behavioral therapy to our clients.

Remote position

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD, incorporating strategies to address specific behavioral needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and challenge, and develop targeted interventions to address these needs
  • Provide behavioral therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups, using evidence-based techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with clients' families and caregivers to ensure consistency and carryover of skills and behaviors learned during therapy sessions
  • Document client progress and outcomes, using data to inform treatment decisions and adapt interventions as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and expand your skill set

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in ABA therapy, preferably working with individuals with ASD
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Ability to travel to various locations throughout [Job Location]
