Associate Director of US Medical Learning, Oncology, leading the development and execution of scientific and skills training strategies for US Field Medical teams in oncology.
Responsibilities:develop annual medical learning plans aligned with corporate and clinical priorities; oversee needs assessments, program evaluations, and stakeholder engagement; guide the creation of educational content for therapeutic area data releases and clinical trial support; lead a high-performing, inclusive team; collaborate across matrix organizations including WW Medical Learning, Commercialization Learning, and Medical Affairs; ensure adoption of innovative learning methods; and manage stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree required;
Doctor of Pharmacy or Master’s preferred; 5-7 years of biopharma or regulated environment learning experience; proven leadership and team-building skills; expertise in adult learning strategies and multi-modal training delivery; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and AI tools.
