Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) overseeing operational execution of clinical trials in bladder cancer immunotherapy at CG Oncology.
Responsibilities- manage day-to-day trial activities, oversee CRO/vendor performance, ensure compliance with timelines, quality, and regulations
- support site management, data review, risk mitigation, and study documentation
- coordinate study start-up, conduct, and closeout
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Regulatory
- monitor budgets and study metrics
- ensure inspection readiness and quality standards
- Bachelor's in life sciences or health-related field
- 5+ years in clinical research, including 2+ in trial management or study leadership, preferably in oncology or sponsor-side environments
- experience supporting all trial phases, with global trial exposure preferred
- ability to travel ~25% domestically and internationally
- professional certification (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) preferred
Oncology (bladder cancer), immunotherapy, clinical trial management, study start-up to closeout, CRO/vendor oversight, remote work with travel.
Collaborationworks closely with the Clinical Project Manager and cross-functional teams.
Work setupFully remote, US-based with travel requirements.
