National Strategic Account Executive; Market Access

Role:
The National Strategic Account Executive leads market access strategies for CG Oncology's inaugural product, focusing on payor engagement and coverage optimization.

• develop and implement account-specific plans across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payors;
• foster relationships with key payor decision-makers;
• lead negotiations on pricing and contracts;
• collaborate with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Sales teams to support formulary placement, reimbursement, and patient access;
• monitor payor landscape trends;
• and communicate market insights internally.

• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred), 10+ years in Managed Markets/Market Access, with at least 8+ years in national payor account roles for biotech/pharmaceutical launches;
• strong relationships within payor organizations including Pharmacy and Medical Directors;
• comprehensive understanding of Medicare B, Buy & Bill models, and complex therapies' reimbursement processes.

• experience in Urology or Oncology, and familiarity with pre-PDUFA market strategies.

• remote position with extensive payor relationships, focus on oncology therapeutics, complex reimbursement landscape, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
