- Support Clinical Operations Director in trial planning and execution.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across sites, CROs, and vendors.
- Oversee budgets, vendors, timelines, and study documentation.
- Ensure GCP/regulatory compliance; mentor junior staff.
- 7+ (CTM) or 10+ (Sr CTM) years in biopharma trial management.
- Experience with Phase 1-3, CROs, and FDA/ICH guidelines.
- Remote; annual compensation $155K-$195K USD.
