Position: Remote Veterans Care Options Navigator

SSSEVA is seeking a Veterans Direct Care Options Counselor to provide person-centered guidance to veterans and caregivers as they navigate home-based care options. The role involves assessing needs, developing care and spending plans, and offering ongoing support in a fully remote, home-office setup.

Travel up to 50% of time within a roughly 2-hour service area from Durham, with monthly in-person visits to the Norfolk headquarters.
