Remote Medical Transcriber

Sys Tech Care  Support is seeking detail-oriented and highly accurate Remote Medical Transcribers to join our growing healthcare support team. In this role, you will be responsible for transcribing medical reports, physician notes, and healthcare documentation into electronic health records with precision and confidentiality. This position is ideal for individuals who have excellent listening skills, strong typing speed, and a keen eye for detail.

Work from the comfort of your home while contributing to accurate and efficient medical record management.

• Accurately transcribe audio recordings of medical dictations into text format.

• Review and edit drafts prepared by speech recognition software for accuracy.

• Ensure all transcriptions meet established quality and compliance standards (HIPAA).

• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.

• Identify inconsistencies, errors, or missing information in medical reports and correct them.

• Meet daily/weekly production and accuracy targets.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify unclear dictations when necessary.

• Stay updated on medical terminology, abbreviations, and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).

• Excellent listening and comprehension skills for various accents and medical terminology.

• Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 60 words per minute preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with transcription software and tools.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

• Previous experience as a medical transcriber is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong typing and listening skills are welcome to apply.
