- Critical role retaining and growing mid-market employer clients

- Serves as trusted strategic partner on plan design, cost trends, and performance
What you will do:
- Own retention and upsell of clients (250-1,000 lives)
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure excellent client experience
- Drive improved Net Revenue Retention and KPIs
The ideal candidate has:
- Deep health plan design and benefits knowledge
- 4+ years in consultant, account management, or sales in employee benefits
- Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
