Rooted Survivors Therapy - Oklahoma (Parttime)

At Rooted Survivors Therapy, we believe that good therapy happens when it is relational first and trauma responsive guided by experiential knowledge and clinical wisdom. We believe that survivors already hold the roots of resilience within. Our mission is to nurture and grow these roots so that people can heal from past harm and rebuild their life while reclaiming their voice and re-establishing a sense of self.

Our practice specializes in supporting survivors of trauma, crime, and relational abuse. We are building a team of compassionate clinicians who are deeply committed to helping clients move from survival to empowerment.

We’re currently seeking a Oklahoma Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC - candidates welcome) who feels called to trauma-responsive work and wants to grow within a supportive, mission-driven group practice.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop strong clinical skills, receive thoughtful supervision, and be part of a practice that truly values both client healing and clinician wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Therapist at Rooted Survivors Therapy, you will provide telehealth therapy to individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and the impacts of abusive or harmful relationships.

Our clinicians work collaboratively and are supported with supervision, consultation, and systems that allow them to focus on what matters most: helping clients heal.

This is a w2 position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow your caseload over time.

The practice is completely closed every year from December 24 through January 1.

You receive accrued paid PTO proportionate to your number of hours worked in the amount of 2 additional weeks of paid time off per year with rollover options.

Compensation & Growth

We believe great clinicians deserve to be paid fairly for the full scope of their work.

Our compensation model is designed to provide both stability and strong earning potential, rewarding you for prioritizing client care while still valuing the time spent on collaboration, training, and professional development.

What You Can Expect:
  • Candidates: $40 per client session Licensed: $60 per client session
  • $25/hour for non-billable time, including:
  • Team meetings
  • Supervision
  • Community outreach and practice-building projects

What This Means for You

  • Notes are driven by AI/predictive text and don’t require extra administrative time
  • You have a clear path to increase your income without burnout or pressure
  • The structure encourages a healthy, sustainable caseload (~75% clinical time)

Pay Growth:
As you continue to grow with Rooted Survivors, your pay increases to reflect your time, dedication, and professional development. Clinicians are eligible for performance based rate of pay increases (once they reach their annual hiring anniversary date) each year.
