Responsibilities Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for clients across Texas Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-informed care Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to support client outcomes### Requirements
* Required Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
* Active Texas LPC-Associate license
* Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records
* Fluent English communication skills
* Preferred Qualifications Some prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling, is preferred
* Exposure to conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans
* Strong clinical documentation skills
* Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches
* Fluency in Spanish is a plus
