Compensation & Work Options Full-Time Salaried BCBA
  • $100,000–$105,000 annual salary
    , based on qualifications and experience

Your Impact

As a BCBA with Applied ABC, you will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services while supporting children, families, and your clinical team.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Carrying an active caseload

  • Conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland

  • Developing individualized treatment and behavior support plans

  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs and behavior technicians

  • Providing parent and caregiver training

  • Analyzing client data and adjusting programming as needed

  • Collaborating with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Supporting clients and team members during behavioral crisis situations

  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

  • Ensuring compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA requirements

What We're Looking For Required
  • Active BCBA certification

  • Master's degree in ABA or a related field

  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate

  • Georgia LBA, where required

  • Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians

  • Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Ability and willingness to provide in-person services when required

Nice to Have
  • Experience in clinic-based, hybrid, in-home, or community-based ABA settings

  • Experience using digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation

  • Strong RBT team leadership and development skills

  • Experience with parent training and family-centered care
