Providence at Home with Compassus is hiring for a Home-Based Acute Care Occupational Therapist. You will deliver in-home, inpatient-level therapy, perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and ensure safe discharge planning as part of a joint venture between Providence and Compassus.
You will work independently within a multidisciplinary team, manage a caseload, supervise aides, and contribute to staff onboarding and continuous care improvements in a home health setting.
