• Order entry and validation of imaging and referrals
• Management of incoming referrals from provider’s offices.
• Proactive patient outreach via phone, text, and other communication channels
• Detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple task throughout the workday leads to success in this role
• Full Remote working within CST time-zone
• Compensation rate is $18/hr

• Background in healthcare is preferred
• Background with eClnical
  
  Works Practice Management System preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
• Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions
• Excelle nt communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers and management staff

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00.
