Who we wantFormer Clinical Directors, Medical Directors, CCOs, VP Clinical Services, or Executive Directors at CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, hospital BH service lines, MSOs, or state BH authorities. Led clinical orgs, owned P&L, navigated CARF, Medicaid SPA, CMS CoP.
Engagement structure$0 base. $150-300/hr engaged. 10% referral fee. Optional phantom equity (0.05-0.25%). Public credit on advisor page. Founding-team consideration possible.
