Contract Details:
Full-time/Part-time

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in their homes or other community settings.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective and coordinated care.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
• Adhere to all ethical and professional standards of practice.

• Must hold a current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have access to reliable internet and technology to conduct remote sessions.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
