Patient Billing Representative

100% Remote | $20/HR

Join a community-focused healthcare organization and help patients navigate billing and insurance questions while supporting an Epic transition.

• Assist patients with billing, EOB, deductible, Medicare, and insurance questions.
• Research accounts, resolve basic billing issues, and update insurance information.
• Handle high-volume calls while providing compassionate customer service.

• 3+ years of healthcare billing/customer service experience.
• 3+ years of Epic experience within revenue cycle/business office operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.

• Fully remote opportunity in select states.
• Support a major Epic transition.

Pay: $20/hour

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
