FOX Rehabilitation in West Bend, WI is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide one-on-one in-home therapy under a supervising PT. You will help older adults rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in their own homes.
As a PTA, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and document visits in FOX’s EMR. You’ll collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists in a team-based care model.
