Equity Staffing Group is currently staffing MTM Pharmacists for Telecommute/Remote Work (Must have active Pharmacist License in State you reside in).
This is temporary work with a Fortune 100 organization. Our client serves more than 85 million people and has a reputation for bold ideas.
Responsibilities:- Engage members by phone and schedule pharmacist consultations
- Follow HIPAA and privacy policy at all times
- Deliver clinical recommendations (gaps in care, high-risk meds, adherence, drug interactions, substitutions) under MTM and RDUR protocols
- Review medication regimens for issues with dosing, effectiveness, and adverse reactions
- Educate patients on medications and disease states
- Document care notes clearly and concisely
- Meet productivity goals and support special projects
- Current, Must have an unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state you reside in
- Strong knowledge of the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services
- Comfortable navigating MTM platforms and multiple databases
- Intermediate Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
- Flexible availability 9:00am–8:00pm CST, Monday–Friday, including occasional weekends
- PharmD
- Diabetes care/education certification (CDCES, BC-ADM, ASHP, or APhA)
- Bilingual in medical terminology (Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese)
- Additional pharmacist license in AL, , KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, ND, OK, OR, TN, VT, or WV
- 2+ years retail/community or PBM pharmacy experience
