  • Deliver education, phone support, and training on medical device technologies.
  • Respond to therapeutic and device-related questions from healthcare providers.
  • Gather and report relevant competitor information from the field.

  • Support pharmacovigilance activities, including capturing complaints and adverse events.
  • Help develop tools and resources for clinical training and education programs.
  • Support clinical research, trial site initiations, and development of clinical research papers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal projects and support industry congresses.
  • Document customer interactions and activities, manage expenses, and meet assigned objectives.
  • Follow all applicable standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and laws.

This is a field-based remote position requiring up to 70% travel. The role includes standing as a physical requirement. No supervisory responsibilities were specified.

What You'll Need
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
  • Valid driver's license and active professional license, such as an RN license.
  • Preferably 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in apheresis or dialysis.
  • Preferably 2 years of clinical education and training experience and/or management experience.
  • Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strong business acumen.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
