The PAM guides onboarding, access and ongoing treatment journey, coordinating enrollment, coverage questions, and reimbursement support while maintaining compliant, HIPAA-conscious interactions.
This role requires 3+ years in access/navigation fields, a Bachelor's degree, and up to 20% travel with a valid driver’s license.
