In-House Clinical Research Associate

Role:
Clinical Trial Site Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, responsible for site engagement, trial start-up, patient recruitment, retention, and data management to ensure successful trial delivery.

Responsibilities include acting as primary site contact, supporting site activation through regulatory and training processes, managing trial systems, tracking recruitment and data quality, and supporting trial closure and audits.

Engages cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders like IRBs and vendors.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or RN, minimum 3 years of GCP clinical trial experience, with at least 2 years in site management and logistics.

Demonstrates knowledge of ICH-GCP, medical terminology, and clinical systems; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: experience with site activation, monitoring, and Novo Nordisk-specific protocols.

High-Value:
Focus on clinical trial site management within GCP-regulated environments, supporting Phase 1-3 trials, with some travel (0-10%). The role involves on-site and remote work, emphasizing collaboration across R&D, Clinical Operations, and external sites.
