This is a remote position aiding existing Sailor Health patients who have begun therapy. Your responsibilities include guiding them through advocacy services, ensuring seamless support as they access additional resources. An ideal candidate thrives on continuity of care and has a compassionate approach to patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intro calls with patients for advocacy services
• Guide patients through advocacy onboarding with clarity
• Coordinate with advocacy teams for smooth transitions
• Manage patient communications through different process stages
• Utilize tools like Google Workspace and CRM systems for record keeping
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in task management
• Comfortable with various tech platforms and tools
• Genuine interest in enhancing older adults' mental health
• Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus
