Clinical Research Associate - Remote

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical innovator, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their fully remote team. This position is critical in overseeing and managing clinical trials from initiation to close-out, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and data integrity. • Conduct site initiation visits , routine monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical data through source data verification (SDV) and query resolution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between study sites, investigators, and the internal project team, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, FDA regulations, and other applicable ethical and legal standards.
• Prepare and present monitoring reports, identify site issues, and implement corrective action plans as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in a similar clinical trial management role.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial processes , and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical research.
• Proven ability to manage multiple studies and sites remotely, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
