Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Early Intervention (Ages 0–3) | California

Join Abilities Pediatric Therapy as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist providing early intervention services in natural home environments throughout your preferred California service area.
Full-Time & Part-Time Occupational Therapist Positions Available
- Part-time: 8–24 clients/week
- Full-time: 25+ clients/week

- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy for infants and toddlers (age 0–3) in home-based, natural environments.
- Complete evaluations and develop family-centered, functional goals.
- Coach caregivers to embed developmental strategies into daily routines.
- Independently manage a caseload and complete timely, high-quality documentation.
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary early intervention team.
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university and an active California OT license
. - 1+ year of pediatric experience; early intervention (0–3) strongly preferred.
- Proficient with technology;
Google Workspace experience preferred. - Knowledge of early intervention theories, rehabilitation principles, and evidence-based practices for sensory processing challenges.
- Warm, compassionate approach with strong family collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Bonus Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Early intervention experience
- Pediatric feeding/oral-motor experience; screening for neuro referrals and bracing needs
