US Remote, NJ preferred The Veterinary Medical Affairs Platform team under the Global Diagnostics Medical Affairs Commercial division is composed of a group of talented diagnostics medical experts, who partner with product and marketing brand managers to develop strategies for the brands they support, lead technical projects/research, participate in KOL development, and are the medical leads in reviewing educational and advertising/promotional materials for the line of existing and new marketed products/services.

The team members are responsible for delivering medically driven innovation for the Vetscan Imagyst platform in addition to on-market medical messaging and support. The team members have a high level of technical and business expertise in specific diagnostic areas, and therefore are utilized strategically in the field to provide education to customers and support of the sales force. This role is highly collaborative, working in a matrixed environment with numerous internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies with a focus on the Zoetis Diagnostics Portfolio including on-market and new indications for the Vetscan Imagyst platform and integration of medical messaging across the diagnostic portfolio as well as the therapeutic portfolio with an emphasis on key stakeholder engagement and medical conference education.

This role oversees a team that conducts product launches and education and includes the management of medical leads and managers helping to develop and support the diagnostic portfolio.

Management of Imagyst Medical Platforms and Integration Team o Lead and facilitate a team of Imagyst medical platform leads responsible for:
• Medical input for lifecycle maintenance and development of Imagyst testing platforms
• Ensure medical affairs collaboration across all virtual lab products and services for medical education and marketing efforts.
• On-market and in development research support and study design
• Maintain quality and monitor clinical performance of Imagyst diagnostic indications
• Create support materials for veterinary and sales support for new product launches
• Provide strategic input into product management, global commercial development, research and development, and marketing teams to support technical/medical and business gaps and needs for aligned brands
• Work with medical and marketing leadership within Global Medical Affairs team to develop tactics and strategy to foster collaboration across the diagnostic portfolio and Zoetis brands to support a continuum of care portfolio Strategic Marketing Brand Support o Provide diagnostic medical expertise to the marketing teams, L&D and other groups within Zoetis o Gain an understanding of the brand objectives and proactively work with the team on the strategic development and implementation of marketing plans, and product responses to competitors o Co-lead planning and execution of marketing programs and other product focused work groups, including key opinion leaders and internal stakeholders.

o As a leader within the Medical Affairs Team:
• Co-lead with the marketing brand and product managers on strategies to support future innovative product launches
• Work with a cross-functional team to evaluate new business development opportunities
• Proactively identify solutions to meet unmet needs to the brand team/business and lead the necessary change
