We are seeking a Provider Training Specialist to support a growing healthcare technology organization. This role will focus on educating healthcare provider organizations on digital platforms and workflows, with responsibilities split between delivering engaging virtual training and developing clear, user-friendly educational content. The ideal candidate will have healthcare industry experience, strong presentation skills, and a background working with providers, health plans, prior authorization, or healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver virtual training sessions, webinars, town halls, and platform demonstrations to healthcare provider organizations.
- Educate provider office managers, administrative staff, and clinical users on workflows, platform features, and program requirements.
- Create and maintain training materials, including how-to guides, FAQs, tip sheets, and other self-service resources.
- Keep educational content accurate and current as products, workflows, and requirements evolve.
- Support provider onboarding through phone, email, and digital outreach.
- Gather provider feedback and identify common questions, challenges, and training needs.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Provider Success, and other internal teams to develop effective training programs.
- Document outreach and training activity in Salesforce or similar systems.
- 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing, training, customer support, provider relations, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly working with providers, health plans, or provider networks.
- Demonstrated experience delivering live training, presentations, webinars, or product demonstrations to external audiences.
- Strong written communication skills and experience creating guides, FAQs, job aids, or other educational materials.
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly training.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Medicaid or Medicare managed care.
- Prior authorization or utilization management.
- Provider relations, provider education, or provider engagement.
- Healthcare technology or EHR platforms.
- Salesforce, LMS, or digital training tools.
- Instructional design or training content development.
